Altras, operated by PRIMELINK GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, collects information needed to operate creator accounts, provide membership billing, and deliver product discovery, TikTok Shop affiliate, and video generation workflows.

Information we collect

We may collect:

• Account information such as username, email, display name, and authentication state;
• Workflow activity such as product selections, generated video requests, and performance preferences;
• Payment-related information such as plan selection, transaction identifiers, and billing country (payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by Altras);
• TikTok connection data if you authorize TikTok, such as account identifiers, tokens, and publishing permissions;
• TikTok Shop data if you or an authorized seller connect TikTok Shop, such as seller, shop, authorization, campaign, product, affiliate link, order, commission, settlement, and performance information;
• Device and log data such as IP address, browser type, and security logs.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• operate accounts and membership plans, including billing and cancellation requests;
• process payments and prevent fraud;
• provide video generation, analytics, and customer support;
• connect TikTok and TikTok Shop accounts, maintain authorizations, synchronize campaign products, generate and manage affiliate promotion links, attribute affiliate orders, and calculate commission performance;
• comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

Service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, email, analytics, payment processing (including Airwallex), authentication, and customer support. They process personal information only as needed to provide services to us.

TikTok Shop partner data

When a seller, creator, or authorized user connects TikTok Shop to Altras, we process TikTok Shop data only to provide the requested service, support the authorization, show campaign and product information, manage promotion links, and report affiliate performance. We do not sell TikTok Shop data. We do not use TikTok Shop data for unrelated advertising profiles.

If a TikTok Shop authorization is revoked, expires, or is removed, we stop using the connected access credentials for new synchronization. We may retain limited historical records where needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, audit logs, or backup integrity.

Membership billing and cancellation

If you purchase a paid plan, we process billing data to activate your membership, record payment status, and honor cancellation of ongoing subscription renewal. We also use workflow activity (such as whether any videos were generated within seven days of activation) to evaluate manual refund review requests for Pro and MCN Partner. Cancellation requests made from your Account page are stored with your membership record. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how billing and refunds work.

Your content

You should not upload secrets, private credentials, or third-party content unless you have the right to use it. You remain responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing.

Data retention

We retain account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, security, and backup purposes. You may request deletion by contacting us.

When we receive a verified deletion request or a valid request from TikTok Shop, a seller, or another authorized party, we will delete or de-identify personal information and connected authorization data that we no longer need, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute, compliance, or backup purposes. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

International transfers and TikTok Shop US data residency

For services offered to the United States TikTok Shop market, TikTok Shop US user data is stored and processed on production systems located in the United States. We do not store TikTok Shop US user data in China or Hong Kong.

We may use service providers in countries where they operate for non-TikTok-Shop business operations such as payment processing, email delivery, analytics, authentication, and customer support. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational measures for cross-border processing.

Children

Altras is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. These measures may include HTTPS in transit, restricted production access, environment-based secret management, access controls, logging, backups, and operational monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data security incidents

If we become aware of a data security incident affecting personal information, we will investigate, take appropriate containment steps, and notify affected users, business partners, TikTok Shop, or regulators where required by applicable law, contract, or platform policy.

TikTok Shop data requests

Where required by TikTok Shop, sellers, authorized users, or applicable law, we will reasonably assist with verified requests to access, correct, update, delete, or export relevant TikTok Shop-related personal data processed through Altras.
