Altras is operated by PRIMELINK GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED and provides AI-assisted tools for TikTok Shop creators, affiliates, sellers, and content teams to discover products, generate shoppable video concepts, and review performance data.

Account registration

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that your information is accurate, and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your content and compliance

You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. You must follow TikTok policies, affiliate disclosure requirements, advertising rules, intellectual property laws, and all applicable local laws.

Do not use Altras to create misleading claims, prohibited product promotions, impersonation, spam, or content that violates third-party rights. We may restrict access if the platform is misused.

AI-generated output

AI-generated scripts, captions, visuals, and recommendations are provided to support your workflow. Altras does not guarantee sales, commissions, reach, account approval, or platform performance.

Membership and payments

Certain features require a paid membership plan. Plan names, pricing, included video credits, and commission terms are described on our Membership page. By starting checkout, you authorize PRIMELINK GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the selected plan and applicable taxes.

Paid plans are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it before you purchase.

• Pro: plan fees are non-refundable after any video is generated or after seven (7) days from activation; within that window, unused accounts may submit a refund review request.
• MCN Partner: once you generate a video, the monthly base fee is not charged on renewal and only commission share applies; within seven (7) days of activation, unused accounts may submit a monthly base fee refund review request.
• All paid plans: you may cancel ongoing subscription renewal from your Account page; cancellation stops future charges.

Commission-based plans

If you select a plan that includes commission share, you agree that Altras may calculate and collect commission from qualifying affiliate earnings according to the rate shown at signup. Commission terms and payout timing are described in the product and may be updated with notice where required by law. Commission amounts are not refundable.

Managed Service

Managed Service plans may require manual review before activation. If we provide a separate written service agreement, that agreement governs the Managed Service relationship.

Third-party platforms

Altras may connect to third-party services such as TikTok. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create legal, security, or payment risk. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy or required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altras, PRIMELINK GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, and their affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, commissions, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Altras for the plan giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Governing law

These Terms, and any order or membership purchase you make through Altras, are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
